Job Title:- AGM - Finance & AccountsLocation:- HO, Tiruppur - TamilnaduCompany:- Leading Garment Manufacturing having annual Turnover of 3000 Crores and pan India presence.Mandatory - CA Inter or CA QualifiedKey Roles & Responsibilities- Bank Management, Export Management, GST Filling & returns & Financial Preparations & finalization.- Involving P&L; Preparations and co- ordinate with statutory auditors.- Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.- Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.- Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns,



and reports required by regulatory authorities.- Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.- Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.- Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.- Drafting procurement processes and signing off on purchase orders.- Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.Educational Qualification- CA Inter or CA mandatory- SAP working knowledgeWork Experience- No. of years: 15 + yrs in Accounts and Finance in Garment or Manufacturing Industry- Working knowledge in SAP FICO, MM ModulesBehavioral Competencies- Should be a positive team player- Excellent verbal communication.- Demonstrate trust and integrity with ease.- Responsible ability to work under pressure.- Must be able to juggle between priorities without supervision.LanguagesAbility to speak and read in English, Tamil,
