Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies to join our team in Australia. This onsite role requires a dynamic leader who can relocate to Australia and effectively manage projects and drive Agile practices within the organization.Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple Agile projects from inception to completion.- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals,
and deliverables.- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure project success.- Act as a servant leader to the Agile team and promote Agile best practices within the organization.- Utilize project management tools and software for tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders.Skills and Qualifications- 5-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Robust understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum framework.- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.G., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.- Experience in leading teams and managing project timelines.
