Job DescriptionJob Description – SAP Vistex Lead / Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA)Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead / Project Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Vistex solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The role requires strong functional expertise in Vistex, proven project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end SAP Vistex implementation, rollout, and support projects.- Design and configure SAP Vistex solutions for Contract devt & Mgmt, Group membership management, Cross reference management, Rebates, Incentives, Chargebacks, Gross to Net. Reports etc.- Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA modules, including SD, MM, FI/CO, and Settlement Management.- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.- Conduct business requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and fit-gap analysis.- Oversee testing, deployment, hypercare,



and knowledge transfer activities.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.Required Qualifications & Experience- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, including 5+ years in SAP Vistex.- Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end SAP Vistex implementations in an SAP S/4HANA environment.- Strong knowledge of SAP SD, Pricing, FI/CO, MM, and integration with Vistex.- Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with global SAP implementations or rollouts.- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP.Key Competencies- SAP Vistex functional expertise- SAP S/4HANA integration- Project and stakeholder management- Business process consulting- Team leadership and mentoring- Solid analytical and communication skills
