We are seeking an accomplished Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who is passionate about teaching, craftsmanship, and shaping the next generation of pastry professionals.Role OverviewThe Senior Pastry Chef Instructor will lead advanced pastry and baking programs, mentor students and junior chefs, and uphold the academy's standards of excellence, precision, and discipline.Key Responsibilities- Deliver hands-on training in classical and modern European pastry techniques- Design and execute structured lesson plans, demonstrations, and assessments- Mentor students on technique, consistency, presentation, and professional conduct- Supervise practical sessions ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards- Guide junior instructors and assist in curriculum development- Contribute to workshops, masterclasses, and special programs- Maintain high standards of discipline, punctuality,
