We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman / Architect with strong knowledge of civil drawings and 2D & 3D design. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate drawings and supporting architectural and civil projects, master plans, road maps from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare 2D & 3D civil drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop architectural layouts, plans, elevations, and sections
- Create working drawings for residential/commercial projects
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams
- Modify drawings as per project requirements and site feedback
- Ensure drawings comply with local building norms and standards
- Maintain drawing documentation and revisions

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Experience in Civil 2D & 3D designing
- Knowledge of building plans, layouts, and structural drawings
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials




- Ability to read and interpret architectural & civil drawings

Preferred Skills (Optional):

- Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion
- Experience with residential or commercial projects
- Site experience will be an added advantage

Qualification:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent
- Relevant skilled experience will be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
