Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing & Social Media)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can independently own and execute the company's marketing initiatives. This is an Individual Contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.

What You'll DoSocial Media Marketing (High Priority)

- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Plan and publish content calendars
- Drive organic growth, engagement, and audience building
- Monitor analytics and improve content performance

Digital Marketing

- Execute lead generation campaigns
- Manage landing pages and marketing funnels
- Track website traffic and campaign performance
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors when required

Performance Marketing (Preferred)

- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor CPL, ROAS, and campaign effectiveness
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates

Content & Branding

- Create marketing content, blogs, social posts, and campaign creatives
- Support founder/company branding initiatives
- Prepare presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral

Design & Creative Work

- Create or coordinate marketing creatives using Canva, Figma, and similar tools




- Ensure all communication is visually appealing and brand-aligned

AI-Powered Marketing

- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI tools for:
- Content creation
- Social media planning
- Campaign ideation
- Marketing productivity
- Research and automation

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in Marketing

Solid experience in Social Media Marketing

Strong experience in Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta Ads

Familiarity with Canva and Figma

Comfortable using AI tools for marketing execution

Strong content writing and communication skills

High ownership mindset and self-driven attitude

Comfortable working independently without a team

Compensation

- ₹7.5 – ₹8.5 LPA (Ideal Range)
- Up to ₹9 LPA for exceptional candidates
