## Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly analytical, process-driven, and hands-on Operations Manager – E-commerce with over 7 years of proven experience to oversee our end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment ecosystem. In this role, you will lead warehouse management, inventory control, last-mile logistics, customer experience, and vendor relationships. Your primary goal will be to streamline operational workflows, reduce order cycle times, minimize delivery costs, and ensure a flawless post-purchase customer journey across our D2C website and major marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).

## Key Responsibilities1. Fulfillment & Logistics Management

- End-to-End Fulfillment: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, order processing, packaging, and dispatch.
- Carrier & 3PL Management: Negotiate SLA terms, pricing, and performance contracts with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, courier partners, and hyper-local delivery services.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve core operational metrics:
- NDD/SDD (Next-Day / Same-Day Delivery percentage)
- RTO (Return to Origin) rates and mitigation strategies
- SLA Compliance across all sales channels

2. Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization

- Inventory Planning: Partner with the demand planning and procurement teams to prevent stockouts while optimizing working capital and minimizing dead stock.
- Multi-Channel Sync:



Ensure real-time inventory synchronization across Shopify/WooCommerce, marketplace panels, and our ERP systems.
- Shrinkage Control: Conduct regular physical audits and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy.

3. Marketplace & Platform Operations

- Listing & Cataloging Operations: Supervise the operations team responsible for product listings, pricing updates, and stock replenishment on major marketplaces.
- Account Health: Maintain stellar account health metrics across Amazon (ODR, LSR, VTR), Nykaa, Flipkart, and other channels.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all e-commerce operations comply with legal, tax (GST), and export/import regulations where applicable.

4. Team Leadership & Process Automation

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations and customer support team.
- SOP Design: Standardize operating procedures for returns processing, quality checks (QC), damage control, and customer escalation management.
- Tech Stack Optimization: Leverage and optimize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), OMS (Order Management Systems like Unicommerce, Increff), and ERP tools to automate manual processes.

## Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 7 years of core e-commerce operations experience, ideally within fast-growing D2C brands, FMCG, retail, or cosmetics/essentials industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
- Technical Proficiency:
