Caretaker / Property Support Staff Required – Srinagar

We are looking for a reliable and responsible person to assist with the general upkeep of an office and residential property in Srinagar.

The role includes basic caretaking duties such as supervising the premises, supporting cleanliness and maintenance, assisting with day-to-day property needs, and helping ensure the premises remain safe, organised, and well maintained.

Role Responsibilities:

General property supervision
Basic cleanliness and upkeep support
Coordinating routine maintenance when required
Assisting with day-to-day premises management
Ensuring the property is kept secure and orderly

Candidate Requirements:

Honest, disciplined, and dependable




Able to manage basic caretaking responsibilities
Previous experience in caretaking, housekeeping, or property support will be preferred
Good communication and responsible attitude
