Role Overview

Drytis is looking for creative, highly motivated, and AI-driven Content Creation Engineers (CCE) / User-Generated Content (UGC) Specialists who can create engaging AI-focused content, improving brand visibility, driving user engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives through creative storytelling and digital content strategies.

As a Content Creation Engineer, you will work on creating high-quality content, understand AI tools and AI marketing, can create viral or engaging content pieces for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels,



Reddit and other digital channels. The role requires good communication skills, creativity, consistency, and the ability to independently create engaging content pieces that align with Drytis standards and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for creating AI-focused marketing content, user-generated content (UGC), onboarding-related content, promotional videos, tutorials, social media content, and other engaging digital assets. You will also collaborate with the marketing and CCM teams to improve platform reach, audience engagement, and content performance.
- The role also includes contributing content ideas, participating in brainstorming discussions, and helping improve publishing strategies across different social media platforms.

Qualifications

- Basic education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related technical field or other.
- Must-have experience in AI for marketing and content creation; good communication skills essential for calls and collaboration.
- Freshers eligible if portfolio demonstrates exceptional content quality




- Ability to demonstrate a track record of "high-signal" content.
- Knowledge of social media content trends
- Creativity and storytelling ability
- ​Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should have experience or familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, CapCut, or similar AI content creation and editing tools.
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering, AI-assisted marketing, content workflows, and social media publishing strategies is highly preferred.
