Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, GST/TDS filings, and financial records. The role involves handling invoicing, bank reconciliations, and supporting compliance work.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet• Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and TDS Returns• Handle day-to-day accounting entries,



reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny• Support tax planning and ensure timely statutory compliances• Assist in responding to Income Tax and GST notices and departmental submissions• Manage and track statutory filings related to GST, TDS, ROC, and Income Tax• Coordinate with clients to collect financial data and ensure timely communication• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of accounting and compliance work

Skills & Requirements:

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance, Accounting) / CA Dropout / Qualified CA/Semi Qualified CA. • Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounting, taxation, or compliance-related work• Good working knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation, GST, TDS, and basic ROC compliances• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books / QuickBooks preferred)• Good written and verbal communication skills in English• Detail-oriented, analytical, and client-focused mindset• Candidates with only audit-focused experience may not be considered

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
