Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for executing and managing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting team management. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing strategies and a proactive approach to client handling and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

2. Client Handling & Satisfaction:

• Maintain solid communication with clients to understand their needs.

• Address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Work closely with the team to provide solutions to client challenges.

3. Client Retention & Performance Analysis:

• Client retention is a key performance metric.

• Ensure long-term client relationships by delivering consistent results.

• Analyze client feedback and make improvements to enhance retention.

4. Team Support & Coordination:





• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution.

• Assist junior team members in understanding digital marketing strategies.

• Maintain workflow efficiency and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

5. Learning & Development:

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

• Participate in internal learning sessions and training programs.

6. Client Visits & Presentations:

• Meet clients as required to discuss campaign progress and improvements.

• Present digital marketing strategies and performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.

• Experience in client relationship management and retention.
