Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, performance management, HR documentation, and compliance. The candidate should be capable of handling HR responsibilities independently while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Coordinate employee joining, induction, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.




- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Maintain statutory compliance records and HR MIS reports.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR strategy.

Required Skills

- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
- Experience with payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Qualification

- MBA (HR) / MHRM / BBA (HR) or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR Generalist profile.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
