Interior Site Supervisor – Fit-Out (Commercial Projects)

Location: Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi (Sites across NCR)

Job Description

We are hiring an Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of commercial interior projects such as cafés, salons, clinics, and retail spaces. This is a site-based role requiring strong coordination with labor, vendors, and designers to ensure timely and quality completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior fit-out work at project sites
- Coordinate with labor, vendors, contractors, and designers
- Track material usage and inform purchase/accounts team
- Maintain site discipline, quality standards, and safety
- Share daily site updates, photos, and worker attendance
- Collect and submit purchase bills and manual receipts




- Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth execution

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year experience in interior site supervision / fit-out work
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes & basic drawings
- Ability to handle labor teams independently
- Honest, punctual, and regular in reporting
- Adaptable with site timings as per work requirement
