Brainware University is expanding its AI Research & Development Cell and is looking for talented individuals who can apply AI practically within specific skilled and institutional domains to improve speed, quality, efficiency, and decision-making.

This is not a purely technical role and not a theoretical AI role. It is an opportunity to work on meaningful assignments connected to HR, Legal, Branding, Academic Administration, Hospital Management, institutional processes, and other operational domains, while contributing to a fast-moving AI-driven execution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

UG is essential; PG is desirable

Freshers with strong practical orientation and exceptional ability may also be considered in selected areas

Responsibility:

What the role involves

- Identifying domain-specific areas where AI can improve workflows, quality, speed, or productivity

- Applying AI tools to support drafting, analysis, documentation, reporting,



workflow design, decision support, or process improvement

- Developing practical use cases, templates, systems, and solutions within the assigned domain

- Working closely with departments and functional teams to translate needs into useful AI-enabled outputs

- Supporting implementation of AI-based process improvements in real work settings
