Transportation Coordinator -

Proven experience in transportation management, preferably within the travel industry.
Robust negotiation skills and ability to build vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Daily Transport Management:
Plan, schedule, and monitor all transport operations for fixed departures and customized trips.
Ensure timely arrangements for Volvos, tempo travelers, private cabs, and other transportation needs.

Negotiation:
Source and negotiate the best rates for Volvos, Tempo Travelers, and other transport services.




Build and maintain relationships with reliable vendors to secure quality services.

Fleet Management:
Monitor & Inspect all the transportation fleet, ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.

Coordination:
Proper coordination with the Trip leads for transport-related queries and boardings and to provide real-time solutions.
Act as a liaison between inter-team departments (Operations, Sales, and Accounts) and external transport vendors.
Maintain seamless communication with drivers, operators, and trip leads for real-time updates.
