B.Com(With Taxation), M.B.A. Finance with a minimum of 50% marks

Willingness to learn

Ability to communicate effectively in regional languages(English Writing and Speaking ability will be an added advantage)

Fundamental Knowledge of Accounting

Smartness

Knowledge in MS Office will be an advantage.

Pay scale

First 3 months[ Observation Period ]

Rs.3,000/- P.M (In Palakkad) and Rs.5,000/- P.M (In Chennai)

Next 9 months[ Probation Period ]

An Increase of 0 – 30% from the above and travelling Allowance will be added to this.

Growth Prospects (Within the organization)

Will be eligible for promotion as Financial Assistant after one year subject to interview by the board of directors and satisfaction of eligibility condition for the post of Audit Assistants.

Outside Opportunities

Based on experience gained obtaining a job with the average pay scale of Rs.10,000/- in Non Cities and Rs.20,000/- in Cities is possible.
