Overview

We are seeking an energetic Bench Sales Recruiter / OPT Profile Marketer to market our internal pool of IT consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC) to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Profile Marketing: Market bench consultants (OPT/CPT STEM graduates) across various IT tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, Data Engineering, Salesforce, etc.).
- Vendor Sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors, Prime Vendors, System Integrators, and Implementation Partners across the US.
- Req Matching & Submission: Identify relevant job requisitions on job boards (Dice, TechFetch, Monster, LinkedIn) and submit consultant profiles.
- Interview & Rate Negotiation: Schedule technical interviews, prepare candidates for client calls, and negotiate bill rates (C2C/W2)



to maximize margins.
- Tracker & ATS Management: Maintain daily submission, interview, and placement logs inside the ATS.

Qualifications

- 1 – 3years of hands-on experience in OPT Recruiter in US IT Staffing.
- Robust understanding of US employment authorization types (OPT/CPT, H1B, GC, USC) and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Established network of Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners in the US IT market.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
