Learnley Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and helping them choose suitable academic programs. The role requires excellent communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Assist students with the application, documentation, and admission procedures.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).




- 0–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, sales, customer service, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
