Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated R&D; Chemist to join our Research & Development team in Bavla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new formulations, improving existing products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

✔Develop and optimize formulations for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Conduct stability studies, compatibility testing, and performance evaluations.
✔Research and source new raw materials to enhance product innovation.
✔Ensure formulations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
✔Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, test results, and process improvements.
✔Work closely with production, quality control, and marketing teams to align R&D; efforts.
✔Troubleshoot formulation challenges and improve product stability and efficacy.
✔Stay updated on the latest industry trends, ingredients,



and cosmetic science advancements.

Requirements:

✔Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
✔Experience: 1-3 years of experience in cosmetic formulation; freshers with solid knowledge in formulation can also apply.
✔Skills: Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, emulsions, and formulation techniques.
✔Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
✔Familiarity with stability testing and regulatory compliance.
✔Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
✔Passion for research and innovation in the beauty industry.
