We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the finance department with day-to-day operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and assist in compliance with statutory requirements. This role is perfect for someone who is well-versed in Tally ERP, GST filing, and routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Assist with preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and supporting financial documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Support audits by providing necessary data and reconciliations.
- Maintain petty cash and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients,



and internal teams for finance-related queries.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent qualification).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS, and general compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Good command of MS Excel and other basic office software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with auditors and tax consultants.
- Knowledge of payroll processing.
- Familiarity with other accounting software/tools is a plus.
