We are looking for a proactive, confident, and result-oriented Client Relationship & Studio Sales Executive to manage all client communication and generate business for our photography studio. The primary responsibility is to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and bring new clients to the studio.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Communicate professionally with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Manage bookings for product photography, e-commerce shoots, fashion, commercial, corporate, food, jewelry, furniture, and other studio services.
- Coordinate with the studio team regarding shoot schedules and client requirements.
- Prepare quotations and explain packages to clients.
- Maintain a database of clients and follow up for repeat business.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, online platforms, and outbound calls.
- Meet monthly sales and booking targets.




- Maintain records of inquiries, bookings, payments, and client feedback.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Confident on phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or photography/media industry is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of new clients acquired.
- Number of bookings confirmed.
- Lead-to-booking conversion rate.
- Client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monthly revenue generated through bookings.

Salary

- Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives based on bookings and revenue generated.

Main Goal

Bring new clients to the studio, convert inquiries into confirmed shoots, maintain excellent client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and revenue of the studio.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
