Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.)
- Manage and grow company profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X)
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports (engagement, reach, ROI)
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
- Manage social media campaigns and paid ads
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)




- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms
- Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (a plus)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
