We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HTML, CSS, and experience with project management tools such as Trello and Basecamp. Proficiency in Excel, along with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Please note that this position is not applicable for candidates who are currently pursuing a degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects using Trello and Basecamp to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Utilize HTML and CSS to assist in the development and maintenance of web projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports using Excel.
- Effectively communicate project status, updates, and any issues to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Work closely with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, or a related field.
- The candidate requires 1-2 years of experience in Project coordination or a related role.
- Candidate must be proficient in HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Trello and Basecamp.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in a project coordination role.
- Familiarity with other project management and communication tools.
- Basic understanding of other web development technologies and frameworks.
