We are looking for a friendly and smart Optical Sales Team to join our team at Eyeris. Your main job will be to help customers choose the right frames and lenses based on their eye prescription. You will also guide them to the billing counter and make sure they have a great experience at our store.

Your Responsibilities:

- Help customers read and understand their eye prescription.
- Suggest the best lenses and frames that suit their needs and style.
- Explain different lens types and coatings in straightforward terms.
- Assist customers in trying on frames and making a final choice.
- Answer customer questions clearly and politely.
- Work with the doctor’s prescription and enter details into the system.
- Support the sales process and help with daily store tasks.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Advance knowledge of eye prescriptions (training will be given).
- A positive attitude and interest in Eyewear.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
