We are looking for an HR Executive with 6 months- 1 year of experience, preferably in the IT sector, to manage recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end hiring processes while supporting day-to-day HR activities and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

* Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.

* Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.

* Manage attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation.

* Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

* Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.

* Coordinate with internal teams and employees to address HR-related queries.

Requirements:

* 6 months- 1 year of experience in HR,



preferably within the IT industry.

* Hands-on experience in technical recruitment and HR operations.

* Good understanding of the complete employee lifecycle.

* Solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and HRMS tools.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Preferred:Candidates based in Delhi NCR or willing to work from the office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
