We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dataman Software Operator to manage daily billing, accounting, inventory, and data-entry activities.

Responsibilities

- Enter sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal transactions.
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Maintain customer, supplier, and inventory records.
- Generate sales, stock, outstanding-payment, and GST reports.
- Check entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Export and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform regular data backups.
- Coordinate with accountants and other staff when required.

Requirements

- Practical experience using Dataman software is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, inventory, and GST.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Positive typing speed and attention to detail.
- Minimum qualification: Have decent understanding of computer.
- Ability to handle business information confidentially.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
