We are hiring a Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in accounting, GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and preferably experience in the NBFC or Banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Manage loan accounting, interest accounting, and customer ledger reconciliation
- Verify vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and accounting entries
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and NBFC regulations
- Maintain accurate accounting records and strengthen internal controls

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ Years in Accounting (NBFC/Banking experience preferred)
- Qualification:



B.Com, M.Com, or any relevant Accounting/Finance degree
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and Advanced MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities

Salary: As per industry standards (Final salary depends on interview performance and relevant experience)
