- Sourcing & Vendor Selection: Identifying and evaluating reliable suppliers for bulk materials such as cement, steel, and electrical components.
- Negotiation: Leading commercial negotiations to secure favorable pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
- Order Management: Processing purchase orders (POs), tracking delivery status, and coordinating with site engineers to ensure materials reach the site on time.
