- We are looking for Database Architect with hands on experience in delivery solution - design, deployment, configuration and management of database.
- At least 10 years hands-on expertise in Database Administration with atleast 6yrs experience should be at the Database Administrator / ArchitectDesign and implement robust database solutions includingSecurity, backup and recovery
- Performance, scalability, monitoring and tuning, Data management and capacity planning.
- Planning, and implementing failover between database instances.Create data architecture strategies for each subject area of the enterprise data model.
- Communicate plans, status and issues to higher management levels.
- Collaborate with the business, architects and other IT organizations to plan a data strategy, sharing important information related to database concerns and constrains.
- Produce all project data architecture deliverables.
- Create and maintain a corporate repository of all data architecture artifacts.
- Experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostGreSQL is must.
- Designing, Building, and automating the Database Architecture for traditional MS SQL Server,



Oracle and for open source MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
- Design, develop automation for database provision, backup, upgrade, clone etc
- Having good working knowledge in application storage, database storage, data backup, data archiving, and disaster recovery solutions
- Responsible for providing guidance to DBAs on database upgrades, patch upgrade etc using automation
- Having good understanding about cloud environments
- Familiar with both traditional (bare metal servers, virtual machines) and cloud native (Docker, Kubernetes) infrastructure.
- Having positive knowledge in database consulting, performance tuning, database consolidation, preparing solution to RFP response, etc.
- Sound knowledge in Capacity Planning for IT Enterprise Very good hands-on experience in setting up enterprise monitoring capabilities for mission critical devices and applications
- Expertise in High availability, DC, DR fail overs and fail back mechanisms, latest technology trends and advanced services execution
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory/ADFS and Network Load Balancing.
