Channel Marketing - Job Description

Role Purpose

Drive marketing across distribution - Banca, Agency and partnerships to enhance brand presence, enable sales, and support business growth. Leverage data, digital, MarTech and AI to deliver scalable, high-impact marketing for partners, advisors and customers.

Key responsibilities

.Develop channel-wise marketing strategy aligned to business goals

.Lead campaigns Central campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns, acquisition and engagement programmes

.Partner with Sales, Product, Digital, Brand and Analytics teams to co-create marketing plans

.Build product and segment-specific communication based on insights and business | distribution needs

.Support B2B and B2B2C distribution requirements through tailored marketing programmes

.Drive advisor recruitment-focused marketing initiatives to support channel expansion

.Strengthen partner and advisor engagement via digital,



phygital and branch-level activations

.Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation, AI-enablement, segmentation and campaign optimisation

.Implement emerging technology solutions that enhance partner experience and marketing efficiency

.Ensure strong brand visibility across partner networks and customer touchpoints

.Track performance, ROI and insights for continuous improvement

.Manage budgets, governance and compliance

Candidate Profile

.MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred

.5-7 years in channel, BTL, distribution or product marketing (BFSI | LI preferred)

.Strong understanding of AI tools, analytics, CRM, automation and dashboards

.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders

.Robust communication, innovation and project management skills
