About the Company

A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to build its HR operations function. You will help set up the systems and processes that the whole people function will run on. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Human Resources Operations Specialist, you will own the back-end of the employee lifecycle, making payroll inputs, records, and HR processes accurate, compliant, and repeatable as the centre grows.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Run onboarding, offboarding, and the day-to-day lifecycle workflows
- Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and people data
- Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and audit-ready compliance

Process & Reporting

- Build and improve standard operating procedures for HR processes




- Prepare people reporting on headcount, attrition, and HR metrics
- Be a first point of contact for employee process and policy queries

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1 to 5 years in HR operations, people operations, or HR shared services
- Strong process discipline, discretion, and attention to detail
- Comfort with HRIS tools, spreadsheets, and payroll workflows
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to a shared-services, GCC, or large multinational environment
- Understanding of Indian employment, payroll, and compliance norms
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR
