Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Zoho CRM Developer role based in Ahmedabad. The Zoho CRM Developer will design, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation to support business processes across ECHT Business entities. Daily responsibilities include developing custom functions and scripts, managing integrations with other systems, configuring user roles and permissions, and optimizing data structures. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and documenting configurations and changes for ongoing support.




Qualifications

- Strong skills in Software Development, with experience in customizing and extending Zoho CRM functionality
- Hands-on expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including Zoho CRM configuration, workflows, and automation
- Experience with Integration and Web Services, such as REST APIs, third-party connectors, and data synchronization between systems
- Proficiency working with Databases, including data modeling, querying, and ensuring data integrity within CRM environments
- Knowledge of scripting languages commonly used with Zoho (e.g., Deluge) and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in a similar CRM developer or Zoho implementation role is highly beneficial
