Role Description The SalesMarketingE role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The individual in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, conduct market visits, and build solid relationships with customers in construction, industrial, and related sectors. Daily tasks include promoting aluminum scaffolding and A-type ladder products, preparing quotations, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves planning and executing marketing activities, gathering market intelligence on competitors and pricing, and supporting promotional campaigns and events.



The Sales Marketing Executive 2 will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and consistent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in industrial products, construction equipment, or scaffolding solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage field visits, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a track record of meeting sales targets.
