Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address support requests in alignment with business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud platform management and deployment strategies related to Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving issues in cloud-based applications and services.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support application lifecycle and incident management.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting to streamline support processes and improve operational efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
