About the role :

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead the development of compelling content, impactful campaigns, and engaging brand storytelling across platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality content across various platforms.

You'll work directly with founders, students, mentors, and partners to tell stories that inspire.

- Behind-the-scenes moments
- Community stories
- Website updates
- Newsletter

Help grow Polygnan across platforms.

Champion the EYFI Movement

Our flagship initiative: Earn Your First Income (EYFI),



helps students earn their first income while still in college.

You'll help document this journey by:

- Interviewing participants
- Capturing transformations
- Creating challenge updates
- Highlighting winners
- Sharing community moments
- Turning real experiences into compelling content

Responsibilities :

- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify trends and generate relevant content ideas.
- Managing Social Media end-to-end and thinking in terms of posting relevant content and growing the channels.
- Creating and managing content calendars, and managing the posting.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different platforms, audiences, and communication objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering quality work within deadlines.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in content strategy, social media, copywriting, or a similar role, preferably with a brand, creative agency, or marketing team.
- A solid portfolio showcasing creative, performance-driven, and brand-focused content across multiple formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to grammar, editing, and proofreading.
- Passion for storytelling and content creation
- Comfortable working from our Bengaluru office
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
