About The Role

The Employee Screening Specialist is the first point of contact for customers, providing

answers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle customer

and applicant interactions via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly

approach while upholding the company's values. This role will require problem resolutions

skills, an understanding demeanor, and strong communication skills.

What You Will Do

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and statuses.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with basic order entry and log in issues.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve service quality.




- Understand an overview of the various functions within the department.
- Keep abreast of changes in the industry, internal policies, and procedures.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
- Maintain FCRA Basic Certification.

What You Will Need

- Graduation or equivalent qualification
- 1 to 2 years in customer service, call center, or related field, with preference on

international calling experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office, with basic

proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, filtering, sorting, and basic formulas)

- Certification in FCRA is preferred
- Demonstrates a high level of organizational skills, critical thinking skills, ability to

multitask, manage time efficiently, prioritize workload, and ability to work in a fastpaced

setting

- Strong patience, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
