Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Servicing Manager to manage client accounts, oversee influencer marketing campaigns, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and influencers, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective influencer marketing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing and planning to execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate with influencer, creative, content, and operations teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Prepare campaign proposals, timelines, budgets, and presentations for clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.




- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
- Ensure campaign deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and KPIs.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or influencer marketing.
- Experience working in a digital marketing, influencer marketing, advertising, or media agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok (where applicable).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid project management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights
