Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainer role based in Noida. The Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously refine sales training programs for new and experienced members of the sales team. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and workshop-style training sessions, creating training materials and sales playbooks, and coaching team members on effective sales techniques, communication, and customer engagement. The role also involves assessing skill gaps, monitoring training outcomes,



collaborating with sales leadership to align training with business goals, and providing ongoing support to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Strong Presentation Skills and ability to facilitate engaging in-person training sessions.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development for sales teams.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear instruction and feedback.
- Solid understanding of Customer Service principles and customer-centric selling.
- Proven experience in a sales or sales enablement role, preferably in technology or skilled services.
- Ability to analyze performance data to identify training needs and measure impact.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic sales analytics to inform training content.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate diverse teams.
