We're looking for experienced Technical Project Managers who can lead complex Data, Cloud and AI programs from inception to successful delivery.

What you'll own:

- Delivery, end to end - Data engineering, cloud and AI/ML engagements from kick-off to signed acceptance and handover - plan, schedule, RAID, status reporting and scope control - typically an 8-20 person multi-workstream POD, offshore/onsite hybrid, across timezones.
- The commercials of delivery - Margin tracked weekly against the approved estimate; payment milestones and invoicing triggered on completion, not remembered at closure; rigorous change control - scope deltas flagged in writing the same day they surface, priced and approved before a single hour of extra work begins.
- Client-side dependencies - Access, environments, security clearances, decisions and sign-offs owned by the client - tracked with named owners, dated asks and what-if impacts and timely escalation
- The governance rhythm - Daily updates,



weekly status reporting to client and internal leadership, steering committees - minutes, decisions and risks on record the same day. One version of the truth, reconciled to the tracker.

Must-Have Skills:

✅ 10+ years in IT with min 6+ years managing end-to-end technology projects

✅ Strong delivery leadership across planning, scheduling, RAID, scope, governance and stakeholder management

✅ Experience delivering Data Engineering, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and AI/ML initiatives

✅ Technically fluent enough to engage confidently with Architects and Engineering teams on data pipelines, cloud infrastructure and integrations

✅ AI-first mindset - actively using AI tools to improve planning, documentation, estimation, reporting and delivery efficiency

✅ Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models

✅ Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet and delivery dashboards

✅ Excellent communication, risk management and executive stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

• Databricks or modern data platforms (Lakehouse/Delta Lake)

• GenAI/LLM project delivery experience

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Secure, or PRINCE2 certifications

• FinOps or cloud cost optimization exposure
