Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Noida. The Social Media Content Creator will develop platform-specific content (posts, stories, reels, short videos, and captions) for multiple social channels, ensuring consistency with each brand's voice and strategy. Daily responsibilities include planning content calendars, researching trends, brainstorming concepts, scripting and producing content, and collaborating with designers and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content based on insights, and engaging with online communities to strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative setting.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and short-form video ideation and execution.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok or similar), including understanding of algorithms, trends,



and best practices.
- Proficiency with basic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile editing apps) to create and refine content assets.
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars, coordinate campaigns, and align content with broader digital marketing and brand strategies.
- Strong research and analytical skills to study audiences, track performance metrics, and derive insights to improve engagement and conversions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to grammar, clarity, and brand tone.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, content creation, or creative agencies is preferred; a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
