Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within enterprise planning and budgeting environments.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Planning and Budgeting applications.
- Ability to interpret and analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with integration points between Oracle Planning and Budgeting and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Additional Information:
