- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes in cloud ecosystems.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective support strategies.
