Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Architect with 8+ years of experience in designing and building scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, AWS, and DevOps practices. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring technical leadership, solution design, mentoring, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.

Lead application modernization initiatives and API-first architecture.

Build and optimize event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.

Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM).

Drive CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.

Establish observability using Grafana, Prometheus, logging, monitoring, SLIs, and SLOs.

Ensure application security through OAuth2, JWT, SAML, API security, and webhook authentication.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Mentor developers, conduct architecture and code reviews, and create technical documentation.

Required Skills

8+ years of Java development experience.

3+ years as a Technical Lead or Architect.

Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.

Microservices Architecture.

REST APIs.

Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, DLQ, Consumer Groups).

SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB/Cassandra).

Redis.

AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, IAM, API Gateway).

Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.

Terraform or CloudFormation.





Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI.

OAuth2, JWT, SAML.

Grafana, Prometheus.

Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

API-first Architecture.

Preferred Skills
