7+ years of Project / Delivery Management experience in SFDC (Salesforce) and Partner Ecosystem environments
Strong experience in Agile/SAFe delivery, including:
PI Planning
Sprint tracking
Agile ceremonies
Quarterly release cadence
Expertise in RAID Management:
Risk identification
Issue management
Dependency tracking
Mitigation planning and escalations
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams
Domain knowledge in:
Sales Compensation
Partner Monthly Billing
Retail Channel Enablement
Hands-on experience with:
Jira
Confluence
TestRail
MS Project or equivalent PM tools
Reporting and Dashboarding tools
Strong stakeholder and leadership management skills
Excellent executive communication and status reporting skills
Experience in:
Cost tracking and burn management
Scope change control
Resource/vendor management
Compliance and governance processes
Ability to support global teams and accommodate AMS (Americas) time zone
