- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies.
- Ability to integrate Collibra solutions with various data management platforms and tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data governance issues.
- Experience with automation and scripting to enhance data governance workflows.
- Familiarity with data quality management and metadata management concepts.
