*Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Construction*

We are looking for an experienced *Deputy General Manager (DGM)* to lead and oversee the execution of multiple construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, quality control, cost management, client coordination, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

* Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans.

* Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, and timelines.

* Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

* Review technical drawings, BOQs, contracts, and project documentation.

* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality procedures.

* Monitor procurement, material planning, and cost optimization.

* Resolve technical, contractual,



and operational issues efficiently.

* Prepare MIS reports and provide regular project updates to the management.

*Mandatory Requirements:*

* *Experience:* *20 - 25 years* in building construction projects, with proven experience in handling multiple projects and leading project teams.

* *Qualification:* *B.E. (Civil)* is mandatory. *M.E./M.Tech* is an added advantage.

* *Technical Skills:* *AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.*

* Solid knowledge of project management, budgeting, contracts, BOQs, billing, quality control, and construction methodologies.

* Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and client management skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
