Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Attend incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for follow-ups, service reminders, and promotional campaigns.
- Schedule appointments for sales.
- Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales teams regarding customer appointments.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Prepare daily call reports and maintain visitor registers.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as assigned.

Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Fluency in English & Tamil.



Additional regional languages will be an advantage.

Experience 0 to 6 month (Fresher also welcome)

Minimum Qualification Diploma or Graduate
