Key Responsibilities

- Operate textile production machines as per production schedules and SOPs.
- Set up machines before production and make minor adjustments to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor machine performance during production and report any breakdowns or abnormalities immediately.
- Ensure products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Record production quantity, machine downtime, and material consumption accurately.
- Minimize fabric and raw material wastage during production.
- Follow safety procedures and use the prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area.
- Assist during machine changeovers, trial runs,



and production line setup.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Support supervisors in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI (Mechanical, Fitter, Textile or equivalent preferred).
- Diploma holders are an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience operating textile manufacturing machines.
- Freshers with ITI/Diploma may also be considered.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
