Job Description
- Monitor GEM, CPPP, defence procurement portals, PSU tenders, and private RFQs/RFPs.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids, compliance sheets, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and operations teams for bid submissions.
- Ensure compliance with defence procurement procedures and tender timelines.
- Manage EMDs, bid securities, certifications, and contractual documentation.
- Maintain tender MIS, bid tracking, and client communication records.
- Handle post-bid clarifications, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of defence procurement processes and e-tendering systems.
- Solid documentation and analytical skills.
- Experience in handling government and defence tenders preferred.
