Job Description

Role Summary:
Responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender proposals for HVAC systems in commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Study drawings, BOQs, and tender documents
- Perform quantity take-offs for ducting, piping, insulation, equipment
- Prepare cost estimates & rate analysis
- Float enquiries & evaluate vendor quotations
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals
- Support tender submission & client clarifications

Requirements

- B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–5 years in HVAC estimation/tendering
- Knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, VRF, Ducting)

- AutoCAD, Excel
- BOQ & estimation
- Vendor coordination
- Tendering process

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

- HVAC estimation: 1 year (Required)
